Design and Development
First, we collaborate with you to clearly define goals, target markets, timelines, and applications that make sense. Based on these objectives, Vindigo Studios works to design products that are attractive, usable, compelling, and award-winning.
With an expert team of developers and a dedicated product manager, our goal is to produce the most reliable software through twelve core practices, including the use of automated unit tests, regular deliveries of software on a short cycle, and high levels of involvement from our partners. Our system imposes discipline, tight deadlines, regular reviews of progress, and opportunities to change course in response to a rapidly changing business environment.
Quality Assurance Testing, Carrier Submission and Certification
An integral aspect of our process is quality assurance testing - we spend as much time on this as building the application. This ensures positive brand reinforcement and minimal customer service costs.
Deployment of an application also requires successful completion of a long battery of tests administered by carriers - for individual mobile phone models. Needless to say, assembling materials and overseeing the certification process is a bit of a bear. We write the required specs and user guides, submit applications for certification, and advise partners on pricing - across multiple wireless carriers.
Operation, Maintenance and Reporting
Once a product has launched, Vindigo Studios responsibility to you doesn't necessarily end. Based on your needs, we can fully operate your product. This includes updating the application based on consumer feedback or partner's needs, managing customer support, meeting carriers' standard Service Level Agreements (SLA), and supporting the latest handsets.
